Since Fairfield acts as its own general contractor, we can effectively manage designs, budgets, and time-lines to ensure that our new construction meets our stringent quality control measures.

- that will accommodate 50 or more condos or townhomes for sale
- for 100 or more affordable/tax credit financed apartments
- suitable to build off campus student housing near a university
